Caller
The caller is an add-on for TaekoPlan that shows the first upcoming fights for any court.
It has a setup where you can select what tournament it is connected to and what courts to show.
You have the option to use the caller as:
- Inspection desk
- Final check
- Announcer
- Beamer
At the inspection desk the staff can check a box telling the system that the competitor (Chong or Hong) has arrived and complete pre-inspection.
At the final check the staff can check a box telling the system that the competitor is ready for the fight and is allowed to go to the court.
The announcer can use the tool to call for the fighters. He or she can check a box telling her that she has announced.
And finally the beamer function allows the fights to be shown on a large screen. This is very convenient for any larger competition.
In case you need to adjust size and position, you can do this in the setup. Even the foreground colors can be changed when conflicting with the background image you selected.
The connection with TaekoPlan is made through a shared data folder. So the information is always up-to-date.
